Beyond KombuchaFounded in Astoria, NY in January 2010, Beyond Kombucha ® hand-crafts an artisan rendition of the increasingly popular ancient fermented beverage “kombucha“.

Brewed with fine organic or wild-crafted Asian and traditional teas & medicinal herbs, our kombuchas, ales and meads include wild-crafted Taiwanese Oolong, Egyptian Hibiscus, Brazilian Catuaba, and certified fair-trade & organic Yerba Maté and Rooibos teas.

Having acquired our federal and state brewery licenses, Beyond Kombucha became the East Coast’s first alcohol positive kombucha brewery. According to the QEDC and the Greater Astoria Historical Society, we are also the first brewery in the borough of Queens since prohibition.
